Production of clothing (casual / shildren`s / newborn): Jackets, Coats, Skirts, Sportwear, Thermal underwear, Pajamas, Bathrobe, Underwear, T-shorts, Coveralls, Pullovers, Shirts, Socks, Scarfa, Hats, Gloves.

Quilted production: The quilting production consists of 5 high-performance quilting and computerized quilting and embroidery machines, producing a wide range of blankets and bedspreads for both home textiles and HoReCa. Production capacity: 1500 meters of quilted fabric per shift. The maximum with of the manufactured canvas is 260 cm.

Production of mattresses: The production of the frame and frameless mattresses allows the use of various filler materials, such as coconut coir, seaweed, and husks of various seeds; and familiar to everyone - batting, sewing cotton, polyurethane foam, etc.

Production capacity: 17 000 units per month.

We are one of the largest manufacturers of mattresses in Ukraine.

The company's product range includes pillows with various fillers: siliconized fiber, holofiber, silk, bamboo, tencel, fluff, feathers. We also make orthopedic and spring block pillows. We have two computerized machines for the automatic quilting process, wich allows us to create decorative pillows with designs of any complexity.

The top of the pillow can be made of fabrics: calico, teak, twill, boiled cotton, luxury satin and percale. The vast possibilities of our products allow us to create a product for both the average and premium segments. The production line is capable of producing up to 1500 pillows per shift.

The only finishing factory in Ukraine for the producing cotton fabrics for home and children's textiles. We manufacture fabrics for special-purpose clothing for the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Ukrzaliznytsia, etc. The production equipment allows you to make fire-resistant and moisture-resistant impregnation of fabrics.

Among the advantages of TK DT-Chernihiv is the flexibility of production and loyalty to the customer, which are manifested in the readiness to develop a special product for the customer in terms of design and quality.

The fabrics are certified according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100, which guarantees the use of only safe dyes and reagents are used in production. Production capacity – 500 000 l.m fabrics per month.

At the end of 2020, a new enterprise was founded - ” TK-Profiteks ”, which employs 160 employees. The daily production volume is 5 000 units of products. The production is equipped with modern computerized laying and cutting systems, which ensure high-quality of cutting and significantly shorten the production time.

Production of clothes for children, including babies: production of special-purpose clothing Knitwear production, which has facilities in Kyiv and Odesa. The company "TK-Domashniy Tekstyl" is a permanent manufacturer of knitted and textile products for the state financial aid program "Baby Package".

In 2018, we were the first, together with the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), to be able to produce the required amount of products and deliver the "Baby Package" kits to all maternity hospitals in Ukraine.

Our capacity allows us to produce more than 1 000 000 units of baby products per month. We have all the necessary certificates for children's clothing

Knitted production: the machine spark consists of overlockers, and flat sewing machines from JUKI and Brother. The SERKON Makina high-performance automatic cutting complex provides cutting to all factories in Kyiv.

A new factory that appeared as part of the TK-Domashniy Tekstyl group of companies in 2024. The factory is equipped with modern Italian equipment, which allows us to introduce the most advanced technologies into the manufactured shoes.

In the production of shoes we use both natural leather, which is selected live by our specialists, paying special attention to seasonality and models, as well as suede, artificial leather and suede, textiles, raincoat fabric and corduroy.

Cattle leather and goat leather produced in Italy, Turkey and domestically in Ukraine, or textiles can be used for lining. The demi-season shoes are lined with fleece; in the winter collection we use natural fur.

Good production mobility, the ability to order small batches (from 100 units), as well as the ability to change the model.

Our design bureau has created more than 500 models of women's, men's and children's shoes. Every year, an average of 150 new models are tested and produced in our experimental workshop.
